Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Dave Major is an experienced professional drummer available for live, studio and teaching work.
With a decade of playing experience he has performed both nationally and internationally and regularly performs in some of the U.K most prestigious venues including Edinburgh Castle, The Victoria and Albert Museum and the Mitchell Theatre (Glasgow). He's also performed in Europe, including festival appearances at the 2006 Berlin PopKomm Festival.
An experienced teacher Dave has taught at a wide variety of levels from beginners all the way to college level. He has performed clinics and group lessons to large audiences.
An eternal student Dave also regularly take lessons and have been taught by some of the best teachers in the world, including Jojo Mayer, Stanton Moore, Jason Bowld and Billy Wardgiving him a unique teaching style and a mass of information that he can pass on to students.
